Yoga is a great way to stretch out all your muscles and improve your flexibility and balance.  

Chair Yoga is a great place to start if you are looking to find a stretch, balance and starting to move. We do not get on the floor; there is some stretching, but every stretch can be modified to what you are needing that day. We have all levels and all ages in our Chair Yoga classes. Come and see if you enjoy the stretch, music and community.   

Beginner (Vinyasa) Yoga takes place on the mat on Mondays and is an easy flow and stretch. We work on stretching and balancing all the muscles from your head to your toes. There are many benefits, so come try a class!



All Classes
- work on the benefits of a yoga practice - which are endless 
- are donation-based.
 

NOTE: If Monday is a holiday, contact the church office for any change in schedule.
